About This Program

The most successful business owners take time to work strategically and intentionally on:

1.        Scaling their businesses.

2.        Driving profitability.

The Business Effectiveness Series consists of three (3) monthly meetings held at the Atlantic Grill in Rye, NH. 

Each meeting runs from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, with a social half hour with a social half hour at the end of each meeting so business owners can get to know each other.

Open bar, coffee/soda/water, and hors d’oeuvres are served the entire time!

This mini-bootcamp is not designed to merely make you a smarter business owner. It’s designed to get tangible results and a massive ROI. This isn’t about “theory.” It’s about execution. 

You’ll leave each meeting with:

Moving Your Company from Whitewater to Intentional Success

During this session, we’ll use a powerful business effectiveness evaluation to identify specifically where your company needs to scale up to move your company from “Whitewater” to “Intentional Success.”

We’ll analyze your company’s Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, Leadership, Financials, Strategic Planning, Systems / Systems Implementation, and even your own Personal Effectiveness.

The objective is to identify areas of opportunity for you to build healthy profits, strong cash flow, a well-functioning team, a strong brand, and a company that’s a joy to own. 

You’ll leave this session with (1) Total clarity of where you’re operating model requires system/infrastructure enhancement, and (2) Specific action steps you can immediately take to move your company from “whitewater” to “intentional success.”

JON DENNEY

Jon has firsthand experience in starting, buying, scaling, diversifying, expanding, and selling companies. Over the past 28 years, Jon has started three different multi-million-dollar companies, purchased one existing company, and sold three of his companies.

In 2007, Jon became a Certified Professional Business Coach. In 2016, Jon earned his Master Professional Business Coach certification. Jon is past president of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA). The PBCA is an alliance of top business coaches worldwide.

Jon has a home in upstate New York where he is president of the premier business owner networking group, “Capital Region Business Owners.” 

Jon has a 2nd home in Portsmouth and has recently launched, “Seacoast Region Business Owners” which will soon become the largest, most influential business owner group in the region!
